Mission Statement

Micro J Systems, Inc. will make available software that is in active development to qualifying participants for installation and use in real business conditions to enable the identification of problems and to receive suggestions for improvements. We will achieve this mission through a total commitment to quality and customer satisfaction by providing industry leading software technology. We encourage participants to report problems and suggestions for software improvement.

Micro J Systems is currently engaged in beta testing the next release of our software. Prerequisites for the beta test program, would be a firm that has a strong understanding of operational issues concerning the staffing and recruitment industry, would install and test any new system upgrade in a timely fashion, and provide input and feedback as to program enhancements. BETA Release firms, will be reviewed annually to ensure that they meet the criteria for acceptance in this program.

About the Beta Test Program

The main purpose of the Beta Test Program is to expose our new versions to real world conditions. There are many benefits in participating in a Beta Test Program:

This is the opportunity to utilize software before commercial availability to see how well it fits with your business goals.
This is the opportunity for you to utilize the software and to submit suggestions of feature changes in the software that will help you conduct your work more efficiently.
This is the opportunity for you to submit suggestions of features to add into the software that will help your conduct your work more productively.

To Micro J:

You provide the feedback on features and functionality, both changes and additions, having impact on the usefulness of the final commercial released product.
Your feedback allows us to find problems and fine tune the software, which increases productivity.

As a beta tester you will be provided with all the tools necessary to properly evaluate our beta version including, but not limited to:

Test Scripts - A test script will be provided to evaluate and test the product with focus on key features. Completion of the test script is a mandatory requirement of beta test participation. We can only make a product which meet your expectations if you let us know where we need to improve it and how it is working for you. Your input is extremely important in meeting our mutual goal.
Incident Reports - Let us know about problems you may encounter that is not covered within the Test Script.

About Beta Support

It is important to understand that beta test software may not be fully debugged. We, like other software vendors, post pre-release versions of our software to give existing customers a chance to try the new features, comment on them, and report any problems. If you are not familiar with Micro J's programs, we recommend that you not download the pre-release version, and wait for the commercial release. On the other hand, if you are interested in trying new features and willing to report any problems, you are encouraged to give this pre-release version a try.
